Located in the heart of Ranelagh, Dublin The concept behind this 130sqm restaurant was to design an open plan kitchen and dining area that is clean, minimal and bright. Rather than having the kitchen hidden away in the back, the open plan design allows guests to experience the process of the chef preparing the meals. In this sense, the front of house team and the kitchen team can really work together, creating a lively atmosphere.
